  • Designed and delivered FishLog 3.0, replacing 28-year-old MS Access infrastructure - solo, in 7 months, under budget. Now live on an Austral Fisheries vessel out of Mauritius, with a costed four-vessel rollout ready.

  • End-to-end build: custom PoE microcontrollers and firmware, a FastAPI + PostgreSQL backend, an offline-first frontend, USB deployment tooling, and live demos to government.

  • Architected companion systems (SnapTrack, MetaExplorer, QCStudio) on a shared identifier - each does one job; they compose at the data layer.
